Reminder: Below are some items requiring ACC approval (prior to work being done)
Roof replacement
Tree removals over 4" in diameter (measured 3ft. from ground)
Fence installation
Exterior repainting
Structural additions (such as sheds)
Any changes to the facade

utilizing the information on this website’s Home page.

Inc. is copied on all emails to the aforementioned email address. The forms are reviewed by the ACC Committee to determine
whether the actions are within our covenant restrictions. The forms are then returned to the Management company for
notification of the Homeowner. This can take up to 30 days although the turn around time could be less than 2 weeks.
Please do not expect to have an answer in less than a week. Dates and times of ACC meetings are posted on the community boards
by the entrances.
